Like to jump rope? We are partnering with Punk Rope for the month of September, which means we are helping to promote their weekly classes and they are giving everyone a 25% discount on jump ropes if they use the code ROTUNDA.
Punk Rope is a blend of jump rope and calisthenics which improves cardio, strength, coordination, balance, quickness, speed, timing, rhythm, bone density, and body composition. Each week's class features a new themed playlist. Appropriate for most fitness levels. A jump rope and enough space to jump in is recommended.
Classes are every Tuesday at 6:30pm ET and take place on Zoom. Donations are welcome but very optional:
Venmo (Tim-Haft). Pay what you can or pay nothing. Just have fun.
